Hello, All: To add to our growing list of potentially dangerous medications, I overheard my neuorologist discussing a patient's violent reaction to the "dye" in Sinemet. I don't know the form his reaction manifested itself. The staff was busy on the phone trying to get hold of Medopar (levadopa & carbidopa) from Canada. I intend to follow up and find out more about this. Has anyone experienced an allergic reaction to Sinemet? Perhaps, this type of reaction could also be a factor when we change to a generic form, or to a pill manufactured by another company?
