Debbie--re: your mother's psychological disorientation--you might ask the doc if she is experiencing "sundown syndrome" since this seems to happen at night. It is common with older persons in NH,etc. and can include some aggressive behavior, as I learned re: an older woman friend in a NH setting. Hope the Clozaril helps. You mentioned "building up the dosage", which reminded me that at a PD symposium last year, a neuro stated that the dose of Clozaril for PD was "only 1/4 of what is used for schizophrenia."
