Diane McHutchison--if you access the list archives you should find info on all the varieties of atypical Pd--or Parkinson's Plus--of which Shy Drager is only one. In general, persons with PD+ syndromes don't respond to the PD meds. If you don't have the instructions for the archives, email John Cottingham ( [log in to unmask] ) and ask for help re: how to do it--he's the archive guru!
