Hi All,

I've read a little about Valerian Root a couple of times here on
the 'List', but unfortunately never saved it. Could anyone give me any
information about it. Especially relating to help sleeping. Would
especially like to know how it compares with melatonin for sleep
problems. Someone at the local health food store suggested taking it 3
times a day, but it seems to me that if it was good for sleep it
wouldn't be good to take it during the day??


Would be very grateful for any and all info about it.
