Thanks, Jerry, for your reply. If I understand you correctly, you believe tolcapone helped you and would have continued it if you could have gotten a smaller dosage so you wouldn't have as many side effects. Is that right? Studies are sometimes set up with certain dosages, knowing that it may cause some people problems, but they have to find out how many, how bad, etc. Maybe now that its going "public" instead of experimental, the dose can be adjusted. Thanks for the info. It has been suggested to try my dad on this drug, and I'll have to make the decision since he is no longer able to talk all the time. Hope you are doing well.
