Dear Ivan--I hope you will get some helpful suggestions from other PWPs on the list about the medical questions you have raised. It must be very hard to be living with PD and have no PD specialist to confer with. I'm glad to know you are not completely alone, and also appreciate your trust in all of us which enabled you to "come out of the closet" here. Just from what we know about statistics, we can be sure that there are many PWPs who share your orientation, and to feel unable to reveal this to others with whom they have PD in common must be especially hard!
