The best on-campus secondary that I know of is ferut.sys; it makes an effort to get time from a bunch of primary and secondary NTP servers. Unfortunately it's currently running NTP version 2 instead of NTP version 3, although I may get a chance to update that. I think it would be good to have another campus secondary that took time from a number of stratum 1 sources; the current ones I could spot only take time from two stratum 1 sources (ferut.sys currently talks to six stratum 1's and I want to increase it). - cks
