Dunno. I believe this is one of Russ Sutherland's testbeds.

> 128.100.100.3	ugw.utcc

At one time ugw was an official campus secondary dns
(until we (the unix group) bought snort.utcc to handle that).
Also at one time, gpu was the official campus primary dns
(until we bought dense.utcc to handle that).
But the "machinery" that goes along with being a primary/secondary
dns box was never disabled on either system. Among other things,
having unofficial secondaries nearby has proved quite handy when
trying pinpoint dns-related (or UNrelated) problems.
And ugw uses the transfered zones to generate its version
of the UofT /etc/hosts file made available for anon-ftp.

stamp.utcc is a testbed for dns/mail/etc.

Hope this helps. pk.
