Yup, bonkers. It will be unreliable for another week or so.
Trying to straighten out the software. There unfortunately isn't
any way of testing out the software without "polluting" the environment.

If people follow the ntp docs, they should NEVER trust any single
source for reliable time.

I'll post to ut-admins once ntp.astro has stabalized.
