With our deepest sympathy, Jeff and I mourn Alan's passing. We always knew Alan's messages were intelligent, fair, supportive, accurate, realistic, calm and compassionate....all the elements of a 'good friend' and despite the fact that we never met or talked, Alan was a 'good friend' to us and everyone on this list.
