REPRESENTATIVE THOMAS BLILEY (R-Richmond, Virginia), CHAIR, HOUSE COMMERCE
COMMITTEE:  Congressman Bliley controls the Udall bill, and is refusing to
bring it out of his committee for a bull House vote - - despite the fact that
a majority of his Committee and the full House have co-sponsored it.  Urge
him to allow it to go to the full House for a vote as soon as possible.

REPRESENTATIVE MIKE BILIRAKIS (R-Tampa/St. Pete, FL), CHAIR,  HOUSE COMMERCE
SUB-COMMITTEE ON HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT:  Congressman Bilirakis controls the
Udall bill within his Sub-Committee (part of the full Commerce Committee) and
like Representative Bliley is refusing to bring it out of his Sub-Committee,
to the full Committee and the full House for a vote -- Despite the fact that
a majority of his Sub-Committee, like the full Committee and the full House,
have co-sponsored it.   Urge him to allow it to go to the full House for a
vote as soon as possible.

Hatffield, and the principal Democrat and Republican House co-sponsors,
Representatives Henry Waxman (D-CA) and Fred Upton (D-MI).  These leaders
