Vicki, Although I've not taken tolcapone, I'd suggest trying your dad on it. I'm ineligible for the trial at WashU because I've been involved in the pramipexole study there, but the researchers tell me tolcapone is VERY promising and plan to start me on it as soon as it becomes available (probably in two years).
