     Let's pretend that the research really is corroborated that nicotine
     enhances brain function.  What this shows is that nicotine really is a
     drug with effects on the brain (as most of us anti-nici's have known a
     long time and which the tobacco industry refuses to acknowledge).

     So, let's use it as a drug, even if over the counter.  Use it as a
     patch, or a pill, or an injectible, or in your ear.  But don't use it
     in such a way that for one person to reap the benefits everyone around
     has to suffer (smoke - choke, choke).
