I read the poet George Starbuck's obituary in the New York Times today and based on what I learned there, I wrote a 'Double Dactyl' in his honor, because he wrote them, among other things. Hickory Dickory George Starbuck, twenty-year- poet-with-Parkinson's succumbed this week. Sixty-five years he lived, double dactyls he wrote, knew Lowell, Sexton and Plath. What a clique!
