J.R. Bruman, in his post "PDF Summer Newsletter" on Fri, 16 Aug 1996, provided a listing <Gleanings From PDF Newsletter (Summer 1996)>. In my mailing I also received ten tickets I could purchase at $10 each which would make me eligible to win prizes in various drawings. They were sent presuming I knew what they were all about - which I didn't. Can anyone who received similar material explain to me just what they are for, and where the money goes? Thank you.
