Exercising -- building body strength and lung capacity --
is recommended for most all ages and disablilities.

In PD, you have less dopamine -- less adrenaline.
Exercise burns it up faster.
Therefore, I think, increasing c/l-dopa should help,
especially just before a big work out.
Ask your neurologist.
