Well, my wife finds that chocolate, if eaten in the same meal as cheese,
sends her to sleep - just like that!

Since a lot of Parkinsonians lose their sense of smell (me included), I
wonder whether pre-Parkinson's loss of smell might give a clue to
developing PD?

I used to use one of those sprays to clear my nose, but stopped when I
found it had a rebound effect.
