I don't know about increasing the dosage: most of us take more than enough anyway, and there is a real danger of making dyskinesia or dystonia worse. I have come across a splendid nutritional supplement called Overdrive. It's made by a (US) company called Interior Design Nutritionals (IDN). A friend of mine introduced me to it, & I was dead cynical at first, but I've now tried it for four games (I play once a week) out of my last five. The week I wasn't using it, the squash totally wiped me out, and I couldn't develop much in the way of effort. I take a capsule about an hour before I play squash, and another an hour after, and it really enables me to pull the stops out. The one afterwards seems to help with the recovery as well. -- Jeremy Browne, Hampshire, UK [log in to unmask] Shaking Hands BBS, Fidonet 2:252/160 (+44 1252 621745)
