        I think that a better strategy might be to have everybody
that has a document like Anthony described put the document up somewhere
on their own institution's page, and then send the URL for that specific
document to Mary-Louise.  No need for Mary-Louise & co. to mark up all
that stuff; the work can be spread around.  If people go to the CASLL
web site, it won't matter where the links take them.  They may even stay
at your school's site and poke around a while.
