Regarding Brian Collins' questions, Don supplies the following:

1.  22 yrs. since diagnosis
2.  27 yrs. since first symptoms (hindsight)
3.  37 when diagnosed
4.  tremor the only early symptom

Further, though we can't go through the literature and give citations now, Don
found reports that (seem to) show:

Age at onset is inversely related to progression (i.e., if you're younger when
you get PD, progression is usually slower).

There is (seems to be) less mental deterioration in early onset PDers.

Mortality rate among those w/early onset PD is closer to "normal" than it is
among those who develop PD later in life (60-70+).
