In response to Brian Collin's request, I will reply for my husband, Iain: 1. 12 years diagnosed 2. 14 years since we first noticed symptoms 3. aged 44 at diagnosis 4. 1st symptoms were rigidity in the shoulder area and lack of fine motor control in his left hand. thanks, Barb Bates
