Someone was asking about the author of this book. I remember reading in the UK Parkinson's magazine last year - or '94 that Ivan died suddenly. It was a very short report which didn't detail circumstances. I personally suspected the worst, perhaps someone from the UK could let us know. It is indeed an awe-inspiring book, if you are brave at heart, but for those who are scared by PD, there are much better books available.
