Good morning,
I hope that I have the right addresss. I am the (incomplete) quadriplegic*
caregiver ! for my wife, Ann (61, PD15) whose symptoms are pretty well limited
to tremor, controlled fairly well by Sinemet and dyskinesia - produced by
Sinemet. Heigh-Ho.
She is off to London (Ontario) University Hospital tomorrow for a unilateral
pallidotomy - and I am sure that you all (as well as I) wish her well.

I will try to update reports on her progress from time to time for your
general information. Any help you can give for aftercare will be welcome.

*C5/6 fracture due to being rear-ended on a clear dual carriageway in 1993.
After a year's rehab am stuck in a wheelchair but reasonably independent (can
use both arms (weakish) and can use my left leg to drive my "accessible"
mini-van.
Paddy.
