Hello Olivier You have come to the right place for information and support and while we cannot change your diificult situation, just knowing you have a place where you can talk is often a help. Your English is excellent --don't worry about it. Your father's reactions to his health problems are certainly extreme and must cause much worry to the family. It happens sometimes that Parkinson's is first diagnosed and the drugs are tried but don't work. Then over time the doctor sees indications that the problem is not ordinary Parkinsons but what they call Parkinsons Plus. PP is a name for some conditions like Parkinsons but with extra problems and the usual drugs may not work at all. These are rare conditions and very little is written about them. If there is no information available from the parkinson society in France, the Quebec Division will have some information and books in french.
