Re Prozac dosage: Peter has taken this med for more than 2 years, and now is taking 20mg capsule first thing in the A.M. He tried a 10 Mg in addition at noon, but saw no increase in effect, so doc put him back on the single dose. He experiences a lightening of mood,nothing dramatic. I think the usual dose is 20Mg.
