Hello everyone,

I too have about 4 to 5 hours a night of sleep.Just like to tell
you,please don't waste those precious hours.Sure when i wake up , i'm
not feeling that well, connecting with you guys, my "net family",
listening to music, while my medication start to work. When i start
feeling better, i walk the dog, very peacefull outside, no sounds, no
stress, nothing. Then some good movie,an half an hour one day, 45
minutes the day after, at the end of the week i saw a great movie. Some
reading perhaps, no phone or noises to disturb me. Sometimes i do some
work, photography in my little studio or even outside (i'm a
photographer),

Time also to do some writing. So i hope you understand what i'm
saying, it's very frustrating to not be able to sleep, i know, but
enjoyed your time alone with yourself, by learning, by taking every
little bit of life you can, and by achieving some peace of mind, so you
can give more of yourself to others, during the day.
