Massachusetts and Florida (probably most states) have programs wherebye the speech impaired ala PD can obtain telephones which amplify the outgoing voice and at reduced costs since the equipmemt is partially subsidized by the states. In Mass call NYNEX, in Florida 407-278-6444 (M,W,F 9-3). Barbara had one on our Mass phone and it makes a big difference. Allan
