Mark... I HATE like the dickens to be the bearer of bad news, but I was a
trim, perfect size ten for much of my adult life (by virtue of the fact that
I'm so darn vain!) <Ohh vanity, thy name is woman> (grinning).  Within three
months of having a unilateral pallidotomy, I'd gained 25 pounds!!  YIKES!!!
And NO amount of dieting and/or exercise  has been able to get rid of it!
<sobbing copius tears pitiously> (OK... so I''m into melodrama today)

(Pssst) <whispering> Don't tell anyone, but I'm looking into lipsuction!
