L'shana Tova, Joyce.... and I sure hope the rest of 5757 is better than the
first part of it! <rueful smile at ya>

Thanks for the information and the follow-up to my question regarding the
vitamin B "recipe." Tomorrow I hit the drug store and stoke up on B1, B6, and
B12. I figure, since I picture these as big as ol "horse pills," that I'm
going to get a mortar and pestal and grind 'em down to a course dust, and stir
the resultant mess in to a glass of O.J. Otherwise, I doubt I'd be able to
swollow 'em, due to a slow a swollowing reflex (and gagging), courtesy of ye
olde PD.

I'm hoping.. tho doubtful, that the indivdual pills are smaller than I'm
expecting, so I won't have to go thru all that. It'd sure be terrific if one
or another of the drug companies actually MADE small-sized vitamin
tablets/pills just for those of us who DO have trouble swollowing the larger,
chunkier pills and capsules, wouldn't it?

Thanks again...
