I know what you mean, fur sure. I only had time to read the first part of your message. I have a lot of trouble getting certain speech sounds to even come out of my mouth, and when this happens, mostly at the beginning of words, people will ask, or rather, they will tell me "You don't know what you want to say." I feel so paralyzed in those situations, and it makes me so mad that I know exactly what I want to say, it just will not come out. Does anyone else have a problem like this? Jacob
