Sorry..RLS is Restless Legs Syndrome.  For many, it means evening or
nighttime, when you're trying to sleep, your legs have the urge to thrash
about-usually an impulse to relieve the tickling, prickling or burning
discomfort triggered by this syndrome.  Also, some say they feel like
something is crawling under their skin (heebie jeebies), and they are in
alot of discomfort, with a need to keep moving the legs or to walk & walk to
relieve this.  I'm trying very hard to help my friend with this.  Hopefully
with natural supplements so no side effects will be incurred.  Thanks for
