What a relief to learn that the world is ending today! I won't have to go to all those committee meetings. But, please, before the final moment, could you tell us where Bishop Ussher says that and on what he bases his claim. I have a childhood memory (from some King James Bible, no doubt) that the world was said to have been created on October 23, 4004 BC. If Ussher was looking for symetry in the date for doomsday, why would he choose 5999 years for the final age of the earth? Or did he forget that there was no year zero?
