Re:  Nutrasweet:  My mother is a diabetic and instead of using sugar or
nutrasweet, she uses a "natural" substitute called Stevia Rebaudiana.  It
can be found at most health food stores.  It's hypoallergenic and contains
no sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, corn, soy, milk, preservatives, or additives.
We just discovered this about 2 months ago ourselves.  It's considered safe
and without side effects.  Hope this is of some help for those wanting to
avoid aspartame and/or nutrasweet.
