I've never been a reactionary.
Son mom said. The world owes you nothing, not a darn thing.
You are in a wheelchair and the world could not care less.
Therefore, you gotta work harder than you think you need to
and be better at what you do than you think you need to be.

When they kicked me out of public school, I worked harder with less.
When they let me back in public school, I worked harder still to
blank out the fear.
When they said I would die, I lived.
When they put in ramps and lifts, I explored new places.
When they gave me the vote, I used it.

When we pass the Udall bill, I may stop shakeing.

It's up to you, not them.
