What you say may very well be true.
But they do not need my ss number, address, etc. to accumulate data.
This is the sort of information that insurance companies would love
(and probably would) to get their mits on.

An just as sure as this information is "required", insurance companies
and their lawyers will get access to this data.

Therefore, I say no.  My vote will say no. My wife says no.
And my congressman will say no or he will bloody well be out of a job!!!!
