Hi Ernesto, I did check my oftalmologist and he too had said exactly what you mentioned in your message, Accordingly him I maintain for his surprise for my age (67) 95 % or more of good vision. The second suspectious side effect (?) if real, would be a variable but not permanent,or uniform,or daily,strong urge for miction sometimes. I suspected it could be due to protaste .or else,and so went to consult a urologist.Nothing abnormal was found. Regards Joao Carvalho
