I work as an Internet Tutor. I teach individuals and companys how to use
the net effectivly, including searching and retrieving information with
minimal fuss. This means that I am on the Net a great deal. Over the past
few weeks there has been some problems that have affected the speed of
information transmitted on the Net. Some folks living in the North-East may
have noticed this, especially while using a Web Browser. I am not sure how
this is affecting the list but it is one possible explanation.
