Neither Sen D'Amato(R-NY) nor Rep. Pete King(R-NY-03) were co-signors of the
Udall bill.
There was no opportunity to vote for or againts the House or Senate
versions, since they never got to the floor. The Senate Labor & Human
Resources sub-committee voted unanimously to accept a version of the bill --
Sen. D'Amato is not on this sub-committee.
