Australian newspapers are like many others in that the Letters to the
Editor are sometimes among their best sections!

In fact, I aspired to joining the revered ranks of these "Lettered" ladies
and gentlemen myself until the day I read (in a Letter):

"Some say that writing letters to the Editor is the first indication of
mental decline."

Of course that DOESN'T apply to writing these Internet postings, believe
me. I know because I've been tested. And tested. And tested. And tested.
(OOps! Sounds like you know who, all this repeating!) :-)
