Australian newspapers are like many others in that the Letters to the Editor are sometimes among their best sections! In fact, I aspired to joining the revered ranks of these "Lettered" ladies and gentlemen myself until the day I read (in a Letter): "Some say that writing letters to the Editor is the first indication of mental decline." Of course that DOESN'T apply to writing these Internet postings, believe me. I know because I've been tested. And tested. And tested. And tested. (OOps! Sounds like you know who, all this repeating!) :-) David -------------- On Mon, 14 Oct 1996, David Robert Austen wrote: > If they get us to register our dogs, what's next!? > > A register for people who have history of writing letters to the editor? > > :-) > > Stay well, Albert. > > > David > --------- > > On Mon, 14 Oct 1996 [log in to unmask] wrote: > > > David, > > just to clarify my position on gun registration so I don't appear as a > > rabid, gun toting, red neck, I live on a farm with no local police other than > > State Police.
