Joan, at the direction of my PD neurologist, I am taking daily doses of Vit. C and E. My 9 10/100 Sinemet is diluted into 900 cc of "straight" Orange Juice C I take 3200 units of E On alternative days I take 100 Vit B1 100 B6 and 5000 B12 The C helps the Sinemet into the system faster the E is believed to slow the progression of PD the B is to counteract my malise (a few more letters and we could make up scrabble words) Joyce
