            in body of message, NOT subject line  put ONLY:

                             SET PARKINSN NOMAIL
you are then still connected, but will get no mail till you
                             SET PARKINSN MAIL

      ( The listserv knows all, sees all, tells all-but only if you
do it a certain way--picky, picky :-(
You do NOT need any instructions except the above line , no name, etc.)
