Stephanie shares a wonderful gift with us.  There is no doubt a healthy
outlook assists a healthy mind/body/spirit.  Thinking, whether or not one
meditates, if of a deep nature brings theta levels and calms tremor.  I
accomplish the task by thinking of the ocean, putting my tremor on a raft
made of bamboo, lashed together with palm leaves.  I then watch it float over
the horizon in my mind.  Visualization works, but there is one catch------you
must believe it is possible or you will block the energy.
A thought------Have you ever seen a monument erected to a critic?
