Re toomuch doom and gloom on list? As usual David L has expressed my thoughts better than I could.. -I would hate to think we are scaring the newbies or misleading them- but it is quite possible. -What if someone posts really bad advice and a reader follows it before another listmember jumps on the posting and says it is nonsense. -I often forget to put in the "don't make any changes before talking to your Doctor" -In spite of these worries I would not suggest stopping.
