Margaret:  I have heard some top Movement disorder specialists talk
about the benefits of shopping carts.  They feel that the height of the
carts encourage upright posture and improve gait, as well as provide
strong & sturdy support when needed.  I think Guardian makes a walker
that comes close to replicating the shopping cart - very sturdy and with
four bit wheels and a seat if needed.  Carole
