A query was made last week about the schedule and dose of the over-the-counter natural substances - NADH and DEAE that are used by some PDers. These agents are not available by prescription or have any offical status. Neurological studies have shown that there is no good evidence that NADH or DEAE have any use in PD. Fortunately they do not appear to be toxic, although therer was a recvent message in the PD Digest suggesting that NADH may produce limited toxic efects.
