John, I am confused. Do we have access to the archives since we switched
over to this new system about six months ago. If so could you tell me how to
access all those Fava Bean recipes I remember seeing.
One of our nurses at Loma Linda is putting together a book of recipes for
Parkinson's patients and I promised her I would get her some Fava Bean recipes
off of the Internet.
Could those of you who have copies of these recipes e-mail them to me. I
would very much appreciate it.
Or any other recipes that would be of special interest to Parkinson's
patients and their caregivers.
By the way the City of Hope in Duarte, CA hosted a super conference for
Caregivers, on Oct. 19, put together by Mary Willlis. Parkinson's concerns were
well represented and addressed by Nathan Slewett and Dr. Neal Slotkin. Rosalyn
Carter gave the opening address to more than 1500 of us gathered there. I
greeted many well known in the Parkinson's community including Lee and Bev
Steward, Tom Brown, Joanne Nelson and Dr. Abe Lieberman.
