Judy I added velro strips or dots to coats/jackets......That way if I my hands are uncooperative, I can just slap the velcro together. If hands are working........then I can button or zipper. I find mittens easier to put on than gloves. Bali makes a couple of bras that I like that fasten in the front. I wear a lot of t-shirts and turtlenecks that just go on over the head. Knit slacks and skirts without zippers are not too hard to find in the stores here. Lands End catalogue has dresses that I like that just slip over the head.....lots of stores carry similar styles.
