Will, how about making the scroll bar (and therefore the box with the arrow)
larger. I don't have much tremor and still think those little boxes are too
small for anyone over 30. The Windows 95 keystroke sequence to change the
size of the scroll bar is: Start-Settings-Control Panel-Display (double
click)-Appearance. From the Appearance tab you should click on the drop down
menu under "Item" and select Scrollbar. You may then increase the size of the
scrollbar and arrow box as you wish. You can get to the same place by right
clicking on a vacant area of the desktop and selecting Properties from the
resulting pop up menu.

one line at a time.>>>

Isn't that aggravating! That is not the fault of the mouse, though, but is
determined by the developers of the software you are using to read your email.
When that happens, abandon the mouse temporarily in favor of the Page Down and
Page Up buttons. One keystroke moves the text up or down a whole page (actually
a whole window less one line). Try using the keyboard for some tasks in place
of the mouse. The longer I use the computer I more find that I am using the
keyboard in place of the mouse. I think the board is faster as well as easier.
There is a keystroke(s) equivalent for almost everything that can be done with a
mouse.
