Those people on the list who do not speak English might want to look at this site. I have tried this service. It is not real-time, but returns your translation via email, usually within a couple of hours. It is not perfect, but it enabled me to translate some messages from English to French and I was then able to get the point across. And, it is free - can't complain about that!
