At Gordon's last Thalomotomy was March 1996. As usual all was covered
by Medicare/supplement. I did talk with the billing office of the
OHSU-OregonMedical School, as I recall, to clarify this. They know all about
this "stuff"
I agree--another Doctor may be more helpful.
